Sharon Kay Villars, age 70, passed away surrounded by her loving family September 29, 2025. Sharon was born to the late Harold and Irene Little Grandma “Penny” (Pennington) Carter November 11, 1954, in Crestline, Ohio. Sharon was preceded in death by her parents and siblings, Mike Carter, Frank Carter, and her twin sister Karen Rodgers.
Sharon is survived by children, Anita Carter, Becky Hale, Jennifer Webster, Brent (Stacy) Webster, Brad Villars, and Desrah Villars; brother, Ron (Tammy) Carter; sister-in-law, Tina Carter; lifelong best friend, Reba Witten; her cat fur baby, Diamond; granddaughter, Angel Hale who provided Sharon with special care up until her last day; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
Sharon was involved in bowling league in Bucyrus and with the Bucyrus Conservation League for years. Over her life, she enjoyed the simple things like camping, fishing, gardening, and prided herself on her pretty landscaping. One of her favorite hobbies was coin collecting. She loved spending time with her family, and family was always very important to her. She will be missed by all that knew her.
