Linda Lou Ridgeway, passed away on August 12, 2024, at OSU Ross in Columbus, OH, leaving behind a legacy of love, compassion, and laughter. She was born on April 16, 1952, in Union County, OH, to her beloved parents Ulysses J Baldridge and Melvina (Price) Baldridge.

In her 72 years of life, Linda was a beacon of light, dedicated to her family, friends, and her 26-year career as a laborer at Honda. Her kind and caring nature earned her the reputation of being a devoted caregiver, always putting the needs of her loved ones before her own. Linda's heart was as big as her spirit, and her selfless acts of kindness touched the lives of all who knew her.

Linda's lively personality shone through in everything she did. She was known for her zest for life, her infectious laughter, and her ability to bring joy to those around her. Her love for reading, camping with her grandkids, and tending to her flower garden brought her immense joy and fulfillment.

Outside of her career, Linda's family was the center of her universe. She is survived by her daughters Arica (Damon) Bickle and Annie (Chester) Jones, her grandchildren Mark Campbell, Sara Campbell, Chris Slone, Kayla Slone, Chelsea Jones, Caleb Jones, and Isaiah Bickle, as well as her great-grandchildren Hunter, Kohen, Piper, Willow, and Leland. Linda's brothers Lester (Debbie) Baldridge, Ed (Dianne) Baldridge, Tommy (Cindy) Baldridge, David Baldridge, and sisters Joan (Dennis) Wheeler and Melissa (Tim) Blinn will forever cherish the memories they shared with her.

In addition to her living family members, Linda is reunited in eternal peace with her father Ulysses, mother Melvina, sons Jamie and Jerry Slone, brother Dwayne Baldridge, and sisters Gloria Baldridge, Charlotte Wheeler, Ginny Kunce, and Brenda Preston.

Linda's significant other for 26 years, Samuel Appelfeller, and her best friend Barb Kilfan, were her pillars of strength and companions in life's journey.

Linda Lou Ridgeway's departure has left a void in the hearts of all who knew her. Her spirit will live on in the memories of those she touched with her kindness, love, and laughter. She will be dearly missed but never forgotten. May she rest in peace.
