Leontine VanDyke

Leontine "Lee" VanDyke, age 81 of Marengo, OH passed away January 3, 2026, at Grant Medical Center. She was born October 13, 1944, to the late John Ray and Charlotte LePage in Buffalo, NY. Lee was preceded in death by her husband of 59 years Jack VanDyke and sister Charlene Lagerberg.

Lee is survived by sister Connie (Mason) Compton, brother David (Norma) Ray, children: Ronda (Ron) Hess, Michael (Angela) VanDyke, Kevin VanDyke, 6 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great-grandchild, as well as many nieces and nephews. 

Lee retired from working many years in travel at ARA and more recently with J.P. Morgan Chase booking travel plans. Her love for dogs led her to be a 4-H Advisor in dog clubs for many years. She really enjoyed traveling and taking cruises. Lee will be dearly missed by family and friends.
