Katharina Theresia Marshall

Katharina Theresia Marshall, age 53 of Marion, OH passed away October 22, 2025, at her home. She was born January 4, 1972, to the late Jerry and Katharina (Buckreus) Rice in Marion. 

Katharina is survived by children: Jessica (Brock) Matteson of Marion, Troy Michael Marshall II of Cincinnati, and Kali Marshall of Marion, grandchildren: Braylon Matteson, Braven Matteson, and Olivia Burge, siblings: Eveline (Dave) Hawkins, Bill (Mikki) Rice, Jim (Barb) Rice, Marlene Griffith and Gary Rice. She was preceded in death by her parents.

Katharina was a Marion Harding High School graduate and member of the American Legion. She worked at Walmart Portrait Studio and did independent photography as well. Katharina was a kind-hearted, loveable person who fully enjoyed spending time with her kids and family. She will be deeply missed.
