John Douglas Blevins

John Douglas Blevins, 59 of Marion, OH passed away on Tuesday September 22, 2026, at the Marion County Post Acute facility on Barks Rd. John was born December 25, 1966, in Greenup County, Kentucky to the late Jim Baily and Sarah Lou Blevins.

John is survived by daughter Sarah Blevins and son Jonathan Blevins both of Marion; grandson Greyson Blevins; cousin Edward Blevins of Marion; and girlfriend Christine Pierce.

John worked as a grain inspector for the U.S. Dept. of Agriculture as a subcontractor. He lived most of his life in the Marion area and was an ordained minister and pilot. He enjoyed NASCAR, collecting guns, woodworking, driving trucks, gaming, and western culture.
