"Irish" Gracie Ellen McClanahan Snyder

"Irish" Gracie Ellen McClanahan Snyder, age 68 of Marion, OH passed away June 23, 2026, at Marion General Hospital. She was born May 8, 1958, to the late Morris and Nelly (Sharp) McClanahan in Marion. 

Irish is survived by former husband Bobby Davis Jr, sons: Bobby Davis of Marion and Aaron Davis of Marion, 10 grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, and sisters: Linda Layne of Marion and Connie Markus of Marion.  She was preceded in death by her parents, four brothers, and one sister. 

Irish worked at JAG Healthcare Harding as a housekeeper, and previously at: Porky's Bar in Caledonia, G. Clark in Caledonia, and Payne's Pizza in Marion. She enjoyed spending time with family (especially her grandchildren), and her dog Bo.
