Holly Jan Gilbert

Holly Jan Gilbert, age 75, passed away at home July 3, 2025. Holly was born to the late Earl Harlan and Esther Clea (Wise) Shrader, December 31, 1949, in Marion, Ohio. Holly was preceded in death by her parents, son Jason Gilbert; siblings: Glen Eugene Shrader, Dennis Neal Shrader, Max Ramon Shrader, and Linda Kay Belt.

Holly is survived by children: Joshua Gilbert and Jeremy Gilbert; grandchildren: Rylee Gilbert and Brandon Gilbert; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

Holly was a graduate of Marion Harding High School. Holly enjoyed working outside in her garden; she always had pets around the house that she adored as well, especially her cats. She enjoyed watching TV Shows like Survivor, and spending time with her friends and family. Holly was a part of the Westend Girls club, where they would meet once a month.

There will be a Celebration of Life service held at the Steve Young Memorial Lodge 24, 5327 St. Rt 309 E, Caledonia, Ohio, August 10th, 2025, from 1PM to 4PM, with catering from Holly’s favorite restaurant, House of Hunan. Moments of remembrance may be left online at www.cremationservicesofohio.com.
