Douglas A May

Douglas A May, age 71 of Crestline, OH passed away October 9, 2026, at Woodside Village Care Center in Mt. Gilead, OH. He was born December 21, 1954, to the late Ivan L and Anna C (Laudenslager) May in Huron County, OH. 

Douglas is survived by niece Leann Adkins, and siblings: Dorothy Blackburn, Sharon McNeal, Carol Garner, and Ronald May. He was preceded in death by his parents and brother Bill Dicky.

Douglas graduated from Cardington High School and served in the United States Air Force. He worked and retired from Whirlpool. Douglas was a member of First Lutheran Church in Galion, OH as well as the TOPS Organization. He was a caring, hard-headed man with a good sense of humor who enjoyed spending time woodworking.
