Doug was known around town as the man with the Tilley hat and suspenders. He liked to tell terrible dad jokes and share (terrible) memes with his children and grandchildren. He was always interested in learning and trying new things and looked forward to doing this while enjoying everlasting life on a paradise earth, serving his heavenly father Jehovah.
The family kindly requests that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to Jehovah’s Witnesses. Contributions can be directed through their official website at jw.org, which also offers resources for coping with grief and loss.
