Clifford Lee Young Jr.

Clifford Lee Young Jr., also known as Junior, passed away on Wednesday November 8, 2023 at the age of 64 in Marion, Ohio. He was born on June 22, 1959 in Marion, Ohio to the late Clifford and Donna (Gates) Young. Junior was known and loved by many, and he will be deeply missed by his family and friends.
Clifford is survived by his sister Kay (Jim) Shearer of Marion, brothers Delmar (Laura) Young of Marion and Donald (Karen) Young of TN. Clifford never married but he had numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews who will miss him.
Clifford was a U.S. Navy Veteran. He loved to travel, and he settled in Florida for quite some time. He was an avid fan of the Dallas Cowboys. Clifford was a happy go lucky soul and he enjoyed joking around with everyone. His pleasant humor will be missed.
Throughout his career, Clifford enjoyed working serving others. He worked in Security services for many years, ensuring the safety of others. Most recently he worked for Domino’s Pizza in Marion.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Sunday November 19, 2023 at 2:00 pm in the Victory Center Church of God, 1190 E. Fairgrounds St. in Marion with Pastor Patrick Demuth officiating.
