Charlotte M Osborne

Charlotte M Osborne, age 74 of Marion, Ohio passed away Feb. 13, 2023, at the Presidential Center in Marion. She was born May 21, 1948, to the late Wilbur Osborne and Nellie Combs in Marion, Ohio.
Charlotte is survived by: sons: Christopher (Heather) Phillips of Delaware, OH and Charles “Chip” (Rachelle “Shellie”) Hutchings of Marion, 4 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren, brothers: Marion “Nug” Osborne of Marion and Manuel (Tina) Osborne of Marion, sisters: Mary Bails of Marion and Virginia Schofield of Marion. She was preceded in death by: her parents, brother William Osborne, and sister Clara Streng.
Charlotte was a graduate of Harding High School, class of 1967, and was a Line Worker at Whirlpool. She enjoyed activities affiliated with Women of the Moose.
