Anthony Dean Hall

Anthony Dean Hall, age 39 of Marion, OH passed away August 4, 2023, at home. He was born June 16, 1984, to Angela Smith in Marion. Tony had a stepfather, Jeffery Hall, who helped raise him, as well as his true love and significant other, Jessi Piro.
Tony is survived by his parents, his love Jessi Piro, 2 uncles: Rick (Deb) Gillon and Cliff (Laura) Smith, aunt Shelly (Jamie) Mergy, 7 cousins, and an honorary daughter he was a “bonus”/”extra” dad to, Hope LeMasters. He had a special love and relationship with Jessi Piro and her family. They include parents: Jean and Joe Piro and siblings: Laura (Toby) Busler and Andy Piro. Tony was preceded in death by brother Nicholas Hall, whom he was very close to and called “my baby boy”, maternal grandmother, maternal great-grandmother, 2 cousins, and paternal grandmother.
Tony graduated from Marion Harding High School and was a CTE teacher at Marion Harding. He was a talented musician and loved playing guitar and writing/composing music. Tony was a free spirit, creative, artistic, funny, extremely intelligent, sensitive, and compassionate. He will be dearly missed.
A memorial service is planned for Friday August 11, 2023, at Dayspring Wesleyan Church, 2431 Marion-Mt. Gilead Rd. Marion, OH 43302. Visitation 1-3 pm, service at 3 pm, reception to follow.
