William Taylor Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

William Ray Taylor, 56 of Marion passed away on Monday July 4, 2022 following a two-year battle with cancer. Bill was born November 16, 1965 in Marion to the late Clyde Taylor and Thelma (Maynard) Charles who survives in Florida. He was married in October 2014 to Eva Marie (Cook) Taylor who also survives. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by one brother Stephen Charles. Bill is also survived by daughter Ashley Taylor of Marion; step children Matthew (Lexie) Smith and Christopher Smith both of Marion; four grandchildren, Carter, Xavier, Marshall, and Kaiser; brother David Taylor of Georgia; sister Melissa Taylor-White of Florida and her son Chance (Caitlyn) White (nephew) of TN; step mother Shirley Taylor of Marion; sister in law Shawn (Justin) Millhouse; nieces Tiffany (Tim) Edler, Erika (Justin) Lehman, and Richelle Millhouse, as well as numerous great nieces and nephews. Bill graduated from Marion Harding High School in 1984. He last worked for Carolina Color in Delaware, OH and had worked for Con Ag. Bill was an avid fisherman and enjoyed NASCAR, the Cincinnati Bengals and the Buckeyes. A Celebration of Life Memorial will be held at a later date.
