Elzie L. “Skeeter” Drake age 66 of Marion, died on Mon. Feb. 12, 2018 at the Woodside Village Care Center, Mt. Gilead. On April 11, 1951 he was born in Columbus to the late David and Betty (Davidson) Drake. Mr. Drake is survived by a brother Robin Drake, Marion, sisters Betty Owens, Lakeland, FL, Marcie Dell, Mt. Gilead and Marilyn Grass, Copperas Cove, TX. He was a roofer for Caroll Lewis Roofing, operated oil rigs and farmed. A private graveside will held in Marengo Cemetery, Marengo, OH at a later date. Affordable Cremation Services was entrusted with the arrangements.
